As hiMoment‘s Head of Marketing, you will be responsible the development and implementation of hiMoment‘s marketing strategy to drive hiMoment’s user growth, including hiMoment‘s positioning, identification of buying personas and optimization of our digital marketing funnel. Among your key tasks are:
– Strategy & message definition and implementation across all marketing channels
– Setting up & owning our digital marketing funnel to drive user growth
– Conceptualize PPC ads & SEA (Google, Facebook, others),
– ASO & SEO optimization, – Collaborations with influencers and multipliers
– Content creation, social media, email marketing.
You will be reporting directly to the CEO.
Ideally, you are a digital marketer who combines analytical with creative skills. These are some of the traits that we are looking for:
– 3 years+ experience in digital marketing (we strongly prefer candidates who come from mobile apps background)
– Experience in setting up a digital marketing funnel to drive user growth
– Experience in conceptualization of multimedia content
– Experience in email marketing
– Knows how to work with Social/Google/App analytics
– Fluent in English, German is a plus
– Ideally, interest in psychology, self-improvement
We offer a salary starting from EUR 35,000 before tax (higher salary possible based on qualifications) and possibly employee stock options and the prospect of leading a marketing team.
